PayProof helps contractors organize unpaid invoice and disputed job details into a payment recovery packet. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information you submit

When you start a case review, you may submit your name, trade, email or phone number, unpaid amount, days overdue, dispute status, and a short description of what happened. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

Automatically collected data

We collect basic technical information such as page path, referrer, source, browser user agent, approximate IP address, and event activity so we can understand whether PayProof is useful and detect abuse.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as visits, button clicks, and case-start events. Google may process this data according to its own policies.

Private case links

Private case pages are protected by unguessable link tokens. Anyone with the private link may be able to view that case page, so do not share it publicly.

How we use information

We use submitted information to create your case review, show evidence checklists, review potential recovery packet requests, improve the product, and prevent spam or abuse.
